Return and Refund Policy
At KHACADO, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, and we encourage you to review our Return and Refund Policy before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns in the following cases :
✅ Incorrect Item Received – If you received an item different from what you ordered.
✅ Defective Item – Items with unwashable stains (e.g., ink, dye transfer) or holes larger than 3 cm are considered defective.
The following are not considered incorrect or defective items :
- Normal Wear and Tear – Damage that naturally occurs over time with use.
- Improper Use or Failure to Follow Care Instructions – Issues resulting from not following the provided care guidelines.
- Minor Imperfections – Loose threads, slight seam misalignment, or uncut buttonholes are common in new clothing and can be easily adjusted.
- Small Stains – Stains smaller than 2 cm.
- Printed Items – Print placement may vary slightly due to fabric differences, making each piece unique.
- Measurement Variations – Due to the manufacturing process, measurements may vary by 1 to 3 cm.
- Color Variations – The actual color of an item may appear slightly different due to studio lighting or individual screen settings.
Returns are not accepted for the following reasons :
❌ Sizing Issues
Please refer to our size chart before making a purchase.
❌ Change of Mind
Returns are not accepted if you no longer want the item.
❌ Preorder Delays
Preorder items require a waiting period, which may be extended. Preorder purchases cannot be canceled or refunded unless the item is out of stock.
❌ Quality Expectation Differences
Our products are crafted with materials and workmanship that reflect their price. The texture, thickness, or feel of the fabric may differ from your personal expectations. To ensure satisfaction, please review the product descriptions and material details before making your purchase.
❌ Lost Shipments Marked as “Delivered”
If your package status shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please :
Check with your local courier, neighbors, or building management.
Verify if someone else at your address may have received it on your behalf.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders marked as “Delivered” by the courier. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the courier directly for further assistance.
2. Return Process
If your item qualifies for a return, please follow these steps :
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order (based on courier tracking) via Instagram DM or Email.
Once approved, ship the item back within 5 working days.
The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
Return shipping details, including the address, will be provided upon approval.
3. Refund Method
🔹 We will resend the correct item or issue a refund if the item is out of stock.
🔹 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, e-wallet, etc.).
🔹 Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
🔹 Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after we receive your returned item.
🔹 If you return an item, the points earned from that item will be deducted from your account, as the purchase is no longer valid.
4. Additional Notes
Returns that do not meet the policy requirements will not be processed.
The customer is responsible for return parcels. KHACADO is not liable for lost shipments or additional taxes incurred.
Customers should ensure the return parcel is securely packed to prevent damage in transit.
KHACADO reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
