1. Orders & Registration

Do I need to register to place an order?
We recommend creating an account to ensure accurate shipping details and easy tracking of your order history.

How do I register?

  • Desktop: Simply click “My Account” at the top right of the page.

  • Mobile: Tap “Account” at the bottom of the page.

What’s the process for placing an order?

  1. Select a product and click “Add to Cart.”

  2. You can continue shopping or click “Checkout” to proceed.

  3. Log in or register to continue with your order.

  4. Fill in and confirm your shipping address.

  5. Choose your shipping and payment methods, then confirm your order.

  6. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is complete.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number. You can monitor your delivery status using this number.

Can I modify my order?
Unfortunately, once we confirm your order, it is processed quickly, and changes cannot be made. Please double-check your order before proceeding to checkout.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order is unpaid, you can cancel it. However, once payment has been made, the order cannot be canceled. For assistance, please contact our customer support team.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • E-Wallet: Touch ‘n Go

How can I update my account and shipping address?
Log in and go to “My Account” to easily update your personal information or shipping address.

What should I do if I forget my password?

  1. Click “Lost password?”

  2. Enter your registered username or email address.

  3. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.


4. Reward Points

How can I earn points?

  • Sign up and receive 1,000 points instantly.

  • Earn 1 point for every RM1 you spend.

How do I use my points?

  • 100 points = RM1 discount.

  • There is no maximum limit on points redemption.

  • Points can only be used on our official website and cannot be applied to shipping fees or discounted items.

Important Notes:

  • Points cannot be converted to cash or transferred.
