Return and Refund Policy
At KHACADO, your happiness means everything to us.
We do our best to bring you a smooth and joyful shopping experience. Before placing an order, please take a moment to read our Return & Refund Policy. By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the cases below:
✅ Wrong Item Received – You received something different from what you ordered.
✅ Defective Item – This includes unwashable stains (e.g., ink, dye transfer) or holes larger than 3 cm.
We don’t count the following as defects or quality issues:
🔸 Normal wear and tear.
🔸 Damage from improper care or use.
🔸 Minor imperfections like loose threads or uncut buttonholes.
🔸 Small stains (under 2 cm).
🔸 Slight differences in print placement — every piece is unique!
🔸 Measurement differences (1–3 cm) from the manufacturing process.
🔸 Color differences due to lighting or screen display.
We can’t accept returns for these reasons:
❌ Sizing issues – Please check our size chart before placing your order.
❌ Change of mind – We hope you’ll love what you chose!
❌ Preorder delays – These items take time and can’t be refunded unless sold out.
❌ Different expectations on quality – Texture and thickness may vary; we recommend reading all product details.
❌ Items marked “Delivered” but not received – If your order status says “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it:
- Ask your neighbors, family, or building staff.
- Check with your local courier.
- We aren’t able to refund or resend items marked as delivered. Please contact your courier for further help.
2. Return Process
If your item meets the return conditions:
- Reach out to us via Instagram DM or Email within 3 days of receiving your order (based on tracking).
- Once we approve the return, please ship the item back within 5 working days.
- Make sure the item stays unused, unwashed, unaltered, and comes with all original tags.
- You’ll need to cover return shipping costs unless we sent the wrong or defective item.
- We’ll provide the return address once we approve your request.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
- We’ll resend the correct item or offer a refund if it’s unavailable.
- We’ll refund the amount to your original payment method (bank transfer, e-wallet, etc.).
- We don’t refund the original shipping fee.
- We’ll process your refund within 5 working days after receiving your return.
- If you return an item, we’ll remove any points earned from it.
4. A Few More Things
- We won’t process returns that don’t follow our policy.
- Please pack your return parcel securely to avoid damage.
- You’re responsible for the return parcel, including any shipping issues or added taxes.
- KHACADO may update this policy at any time without notice — please check back when in doubt.
